Manufacture: FXI warrants to you, the owner of the property, at the time the Product is installed that the Product is free from defects in material and workmanship in the course of manufacture, and the Product will not chip or blister under conditions of ordinary wear if installed according to our installation instructions. This Warranty is limited to the terms and conditions, exclusions and limitations, requirements and legal rights stated in this Warranty.
Performance: FXI warrants to you, the owner of the property at the time the Product is installed, that when installed in the manner specified by FXI, the Product will keep the interior of your gutters from becoming clogged and overflowing as a result of the gutter or downspouts filling with debris such as leaves, twigs, needles, or seeds. This Warranty is limited to the terms and conditions, exclusions and limitations, requirements and legal rights stated in this Warranty.
Homeowners must retain proof of purchase and material job and lot number. The material job and lot number can be obtained from the product carton label. This information will be necessary in the event that a warranty claim is filed.
